    Louisiana Express crab balls

    About 15 years ago, I lived in Bethesda, MD and I often had lunch at a small restaurant called 'Louisiana Express'. They made fried crab balls and remoulade sauce that were outstanding. They were a favorite of mine and I still crave them. I saw a notice that they closed in 2008. If anyone has the recipe or a copycat recipe for LE's crab balls, and can share it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

    According with this interesting story from The Washington Post, the Louisiana Exress Restaurant in Bethesda, MD, was re-open with this new name and the same chefs still serve the crab balls with remoulade sauce as an appetizer there. Check this out:
