How could this recipe made to be vegan? That is, what would work best to replace BOTH the eggs and egg whites? Thanks.

    .
I would use the vegan egg substitute, I don't remember the name of it, for both - 3 eggs' worth. You could also use flax seed as a substitute - it works quite nicely in baked good, but it will add a little brown color and nutty taste. That would be fine in a multigrain bread, I think.

Thanks. I've used a 1/4 cup of applesauce to replace each egg in muffin recipes with a lot of success. However, I wasn't sure it would work in a bread like this. I'll try the Egg Replacer (which I've also used) when I get around to this recipe.
