    Honey Ginger Grilled Salmon
    HI i dont have any ginger and wondered if i can replace it with anything to make this recipe?

    Well, it won't be ginger salmon then, but I imagine you realize that.

    I think you could just omit it and rely on the other flavors. I think curry powder would be nice with this or garam masala. Mustard is another option, although I'd use 1/2 tsp of powder - better a mild flavor than one that is too strong. Or a little of some seasoning blend that you might have around and which you like.

    Hi, after i posted my question I realized how silly it sounded. I started making the sauce and thought for sure i had the ginger and last min found out I didn't. icon_smile.gif
    I ended up using some garlic instead and it was great. Thanks for your reply.
