    Unable to submit recipe for Hidden Valley Ranch contest

    I submitted a recipe two weeks ago and when I did I got errors to fix
    "Pizza Stone and Pizza Peel" were not recognized.
    When I submitted a request to help fix this..TWICE...I got no response.
    NOW the recipe seems to have disappeared.
    I am so unhappy about my experience here.... icon_redface.gif icon_sad.gif
    Should it really be this difficult?

    We are sorry to hear you are having issues entering our Sponsor sweepstakes. Entering those items shouldn't matter as they would be listed in the directions not in the ingredient list. Please also make sure you are using the following required ingredients listed in the top right of the page below.

    Yes, I did abide by the list of ingredients.
    I have re-submitted it.
    Are you able to check and see if it's been accepted?

    It has to go through the submission queue for approval, but once processed you will be notified by email and it will be posted to the site. Please allow a little time for processing. If it's not up by tomorrow, let me know and I will look into.

    why doesn't it show up when I search for it with all the other Hidden Valley Ranch recipes?

    All corrections, photos, recipes and reviews go through a submission queue for processing. Those are typically processed within 24-48 hours (possibly longer over the weekend or Holiday).

    However, I have gone ahead and pushed your corrections through. They should be showing up now.
