There's a good question relating to the contest. I can't answer it.
Maybe you can Kathy.

Thanks Kathy!

Thanks Peggy! I posted a reply:
Sorry for the confusion. You should see only one submission button. The team is working to correct this issue.
In the meantime, click the Save and Publish button.

Hello annelamb,
I just re-read page 1 of this thread, and I don't see where it asks for you Name, Address & Phone#.
Good luck to you in the contest.

UPDATE: Oh... I think I know what you mean... (I never read the fine print). If you ckick on the Official Rules http://adimages.scrippsnetworks.com/foodcom/simply_potatoes/contest_2013/html/rules.html (the Nitty Gritty paragraph 1-A), it does say to include those, along with your age. I think maybe because Food.com has all that info when you became a member, it may not be needed for the submission. I will summon one of the "elves" to help clarify this.
"Yoo-hoo... elf Kathy..."

Contest entrants don't need to supply that information with their contest recipe. Winners will be contacted via the email address supplied in their account information. At that time name, address, etc. will be collected.

"Way to go, Kathy... that was quick"...
Doesn't everyone just love those darling, little, magical "elves" that always come to our rescue?!
Thanks, dear.

(Ha ha ha... I was just starting to update my last post, to inform annelamb that you were hot on the trail for an answer, and I then noticed that you had already posted a reply)

I have submitted a recipe for this contest and have a picture of the recipe ready to upload, but cannot find where to attach the picture. Any help? The deadline is 2 tomorrow afternoon. Thanks in advance.

Hi mshiver... "Welcome" to our little community.
Yes, the deadline is tomorrow afternoon, but that is okay. It will take the "elves" (Food.com staff) 24-48 hours before your recipe(s) post on the thread. Recipes need to be approved first, and then it/they will be available for everyone to view. It/they will be automatically be entered if submitted before the cut off time, (even if they do not appear in the submission list by the EST clock).
As soon as the recipe(s) has approval, the "elves" will notify you, via your "Inbox", with a link to your posted recipe. Click onto your recipe(s) and you will see a blue box, next to the recipe description (to the left) that says "Add your photo". Click it and the directions will guide you the rest of the way.
Hope this helps you, dear.

Help! I had never posted to this site. 2 of my recipes did not include the ounces if the prepackaged ingredients, so they were not published. I resubmitted, last pm, but nothing happened. Should I resubmit again today or are they waiting review? Or have I possibly just reached the 3 recipe limit? I was confused as to whether the submission counted since it wasn't published? Thanks in advance.

Hi NurseJenni,
If you re-submitted the corrected recipes last night, they won't publish for 24-48 hours. If you got them in before 2:00 p.m. (EST) today, they will be entered even if they are not showing yet.

Ok. The one I entered last night popped up within the hour. I was worried that the ones I had to correct wouldnt be entered since I had to resubmit.

I just saw your Steak Topped Spicy Potatoes #5FIX #497325. It sounds yummy!
I'm sure your other 2 will show up by tomorrow, but they will be counted.
Good luck to you.
