    How big of a pan do you need for the flan itself? I'm pretty sure I already have something big enough for the "outside" pan. Thnx! icon_smile.gif

    Reviews are helpful for this type of information. One reviewer used an 8x8 pan, another an 11x7, a third a 9x13.
