    Smoke on Sat for Super Bowl

    Did some smoking Saturday. The plan was to cook Smoked Boston Butt,
    but as the butt cooked I included a few items. The wings and salmon all were done in a little over an hour as I had the heat up to 300F. The wings were oiled and a rub was added - also added the rub to the salmon.
