What if I can't find cherry cola? Is there something else I can use? I am in Canada, very hard to find cherry cola here unfortunately!

I'd use a plain cola and perhaps a little something cherry added - cherry juice? a teaspoon or so of cherry jam? (not the fruit but the liquid part).

One person used Cheerwine, but that's only sold regionally, so you probably can't get that, either.

Can you get any kind of cherry-flavored soda? If so, you could use it half-and-half with regular cola.

With all the recipes for Bourbon Chicken in the database, I'd just look for one without that ingredient.
