Bath Bombs Disaters HELP!!!!!

HIi,
I have been trying on and off for the last few months to make my own bath bombs but with no success

When I try to get my bombs out of the moulds they fall apart or come out whole and fall apart when I place them to dry.

Also if I do make a solid one I notice whilst drying that cracks appear.

The most upsetting part of my bomb making is that when dried the bombs are very very gritty like they are cpated in sugar.

I only use BOS & CA, a little corn flour and witch hazel and fragrance/ colourant.

Does anyone know why this is happening please?

There are a number of bath bomb recipes posted here, with good reviews - perhaps reviewing ingredients and instructions would provide some insight. I've never made them, so no personal experience.
