    Morning Hon.

Logged and your kitten is gorgeous!

I'm sorry sweetie but the Prime Ingredient must be tagged during the 3 days that it is featured in order to qualify as such. icon_sad.gif

    Good Morning Everyone wave.gif

I can't believe that it's the 20th already! My goodness but this month is just flying by.

DH had go to the city yesterday would you believe that it was -45 icon_eek.gif. He said that he almost spun right off the road @ 50 kph (usually 110 kpd which is the speed limit). I'm SO glad that he's safe at home this morning!

All's well here this morning and I hope that it's the same at your house icon_biggrin.gif

    Prime Ingredient: POTATO

The ever love'in potato is a kitchen wonder:

Great tips for storing, cooking and using potatoes

Remove potatoes from the plastic bags they are packaged in to prevent them sweating
Add lemon juice during boiling to prevent after-cooking blackening
Salt your potatoes first for perfect, crunchy-skinned baked potatoes
Treat potatoes carefully as they are easily bruised
Peel potatoes thinly, or not at all - this will preserve the nutrients just under the skin
Cut potatoes into evenly-sized pieces to ensure even cooking
Boil potatoes slowly to avoid them breaking up
Store potatoes in the dark - light turns them green
Save the water used for cooking potatoes for stocks and stews

LOL! An old client from 2006 looked me up to do a logo design, but MOOHAHA! I reminded him that back in 2006 I did a logo design for him that he never paid for, and if he wanted me to do anything new, he was going to have to pay first! icon_twisted.gif LOL! Well, he told me to email him a bill so we shall see if he pays or not? icon_twisted.gif It will be classified as being exciting if he pays! rotfl.gif
