Interesting! Thanks for sharing
I put chia and hemp seeds an rolled buckwheat into my muesli, and also maca powder! It's a very satisfying mix indeed.
That sure sure does pack a punch of nutrients. I haven't tried maca yet but I sure intend to!!!

I found that maca is very good for female issues, too! Plus it really tastes good
That's why I wanted to try it!

My only objection to maca or chia seeds is that they are not readily available to everyone. It just seems to me that for this game we should stick to readily available things. Mia, if you want me to add them I will, though
That was my thought, too. I have no clue how easily available chia seeds are for you, but meanwhile they are even here. You're right, in the first place this is meant to be a game with "every day" grocery items which actually are more than we think, like simple old kale etc.
But just for those who are more interested in any kind of superfoods, we could make another list with more exotic superfoods?
We live out in the boonies, so I'd have to make a 2 hour drive to get the more unusual items. A separate list is a great idea though. UmmBinat , why don't you do that and share it with us? You have such great ideas and seem to be surfing the net more than I do.

I tried to update yesterday when the site went down, so it didn't post on page 1 Will add it now!
The black bean chips count because I said that you can change the recipes to make them healthier, just explain what you do to make them healthier

You're definitely more inventive than me when it comes to synonymes for Superfoods
