I would like to start with the most important meal of the day - breakfast and tag, also avocados are very seasonal at the moment and reasonably priced.

Poached Eggs & Avocado Toasts 358497 by Jen T - QSF's eggs and avocados

Be back with some breakfast recipes to tag.

    I'll tag:
Bobby Flay's Roasted Beets for Recipes #370885 by Magic Mushroom
Beets provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxification support for our bodies.

    Blackened Salmon #487513 by chavamandel
Salmon contains bioactive protein molecules which may provide special support for joint cartilage, insulin effectiveness and control of inflammation in the digestive tract.

Is this time to espouse the merits of the ingredients? It makes me sound so intelligent. icon_wink.gif

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Restaurant Style....... 449706 by Chef Decadent1 QSF's garlic, onion and potatoes and lists olive oil but will use EVO

Also surprised that quinoa is not on the super foods list!

    Welcome wave.gif icon_biggrin.gif
So good to have you here!

Quinoa will go onto the list - of course it is a superfood! Thanks for bringing this up.

This game will be a bit of a work in progress - whatever wisdom someone has to provide about superfoods - or healthy foods in general - is very welcome!
