Morning Everyone!

A few things today.

Lady #3: My irish hand pies (posted on another site), but very similar to http://www.food.com/recipe/irish-beef-hand-pies-360457; I also serve mine with a brown gravy. On the side; a mixed greens salad topped with - peas, asparagus, green beans, cucumber, red onion, feta and a champagne mustard vinaigrette.

Me: Garlic spicy kale chips

Dinner: A new recipe. Pan seared pork chops topped with a white wine applesauce gravy; served with corn on the cob; and once again ... more tomatoes. Maybe a kale tomato salad.
