    Gluten Free Southern Cornbread. Is it possible to substitute the powdered buttermilk with liquid buttermilk? Thanks, julie

    I would say yes....I would sub the water with liquid (fresh) buttermilk.

    You'd have to reduce the water to compensate for the extra liquid.
