Using up the last of the freezer stash. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn and something green. Swiss Chard, spinach, kale?

Today's a busy cooking day- the group of recipes has been coalescing in the Meal Planner for a while now and is ready for launch. The scones aren't for dinner though- just making them later so I can be lazy at breakfast tomorrow when it becomes so cold I won't want to get out of bed. But if I wait 5 minutes...it might be shorts and flip-flops weather again...

I honestly don't know. I planned on a tuna salad stuffed tomato and bowl of soup.
But, I also have smoked chicken from Mon night; and I have some corn on the cob to use up. I also have some cooked pasta in the freezer which would just take a minute to heat up and top with some of the chicken, mushrooms, and an alfredo type of sauce.
I guess I will wait until I get hungry and then make something. Nothing will take more than 15-20 minutes, so who knows what it will be.

I'm withSC, not sure what to make. There's leftovers to clean up. We will be shoveling lots of snow later, so re-heating something sounds perfect.

I usually plan each day; but, my meals are always flexible; in that I can mix them up or switch around. I think planning saves on cost; but as long as it is the same stuff in the house ... you can mix things up.
And lets face it. Sometimes we are just not hungry, or just don't want to cook!
