    I guess I will wait until I get hungry and then make something. Nothing will take more than 15-20 minutes, so who knows what it will be.

    It was a spring-like day here so I fired up the BBQ and made
    Finger-Licking Chicken Marinade with a side of carrots and leftover cauliflower gratin.

    I made Emeril's Shrimp Po' Boys - I don't have the recipe number handy. I'm on an iPad while my computer is in the shop.
    Anyway, these po' boy sandwiches are a scampi version, and so good!
