    I need recipes of all kind that have 5 or fewer carbs in them, including desserts.

    Here's just one dessert--if you come to the top of the low carb forum list, you'll see a number of sites and cookbooks linked in the thread posted as a sticky.
    In general, you control the carbs best by eliminating grains, and limiting some vegetables and beans. Are you on a particular diet?

    If you type "low carb" or "South Beach" into the search bar, you can view those recipes too and check the nutrition facts.

    I used the recipe sifter to find the recipes categorized as being very low carb,low-carb,very-low-carbs

    you can further use the sifter to find the main courses, salads, desserts within this larger search.

    try macaroons

    whip up egg whites w/some stevia and add almond extract and fold in unsweetened coconut.

    Mold into mounds and bake just till browned.
