It's my new favorite food! I can get it from the Korean market for 99c a pound so not too bad.

This is my favorite way to make it although I reduce the garlic. Properly Prepared Spaghetti Squash

Of course we serve it with pasta sauce. Hubby is game but the girls prefer regulare (even whole wheat) spaghetti to it.

What are other ways to serve it? I ran into a baked spaghetti recipe and was wondring if it would work that way? Or would it just turn to mush in the pie pan?

Hi Chef Tweaker, nice to "meet" you.

DH and I do the South Beach Diet and I found this recipe, Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin which we really enjoy. Give it a try!
