Laundry Detergent Powder

I am confussed. I have read all the reviews, but still confussed. Some said the borax was not Arm & Hammer, and what is the washing soda?

Borax is Sodium Borate. 20 Mule Team is one brand.

Washing Soda is Sodium Carbonate. Arm & Hammer is one brand.

Both can usually be found in the supermarket where you find detergents.

Washing soda is a caustic chemical, be sure to store it safely where kids can't get at it.

Note that washing soda (sodium carbonate) is NOT baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). Washing soda is much more alkaline and much more caustic. Baking soda won't get your laundry clean.
