I had similar thoughts because I'm so fond of Middle Eastern food, but I found quite some other recipes in the other veggie cookbooks that make a nice match with Middle Eastern side or main dishes.

I am soooo excited to see a Seva's recipe!! I have wanted to try that restaurant for such a long time, but we tend to end up as Sava's instead. Close... Does Sevas have a cookbook?
