Let me check with Elmo on the couscous recipe. For the others you need to mail Loula ( Lalaloula) as I can't speak for her book hon.
I'm going to link all the host names on page 1 so that you guys can easily reach any of us if you wish to. Don't know why I didn't think of that before, lol.
Our names are now linked for you in the first post on pg 1

Thanks, I emailed her.
Quick question about the rules for the game. Can we tag a recipe from NA/ME (I still have some recipes in the queue from old World Tours) that use chicken broth if I modify the recipe so that I use veggie broth or are we strictly picking recipes that do not include these broths even if we subbed non-meat broth? Either way is fine, I just want to play correctly.

Good question.
I tried to include only recipes without meat broth's in the game book because I mailed invitations to people who have never played any of our games and didn't want to confuse them by saying totally meat free and then having meat broth in the recipes offered.
That said, I really have no problem at all with subbing veggie broth for the ask for chicken/beef/fish. Just be sure to state in your review that you used vegetable broth for the meat broth.

It's Trivia time.
I found a fun quiz that you might enjoy. It's not really all that difficult and you may pick up some interesting facts.

An 89% or 90% is hard to do! Those questions made us think. We watch a lot of Fox news, the morning news, and I only listen to talk radio while I commute to/from work. Lots going on in the Middle East as well as in Israel.

Could I add Couscous Nicoise 477144 to the NAME cookbook?
Thanks, Jenny
Hi Dr. Jenny! Welcome aboard! I have added Couscous Nicoise to our cookbook! While maybe it's not classically NA/ME, it is 'in the spirit of' with the qualifying ingredient being couscous. Plus, the region has many Mediterranean recipes, so this is a fine addition. Thanks!

I have power this morning! I love the world of electricity! We had a 2.5 hr outage early yesterday morning and a bad one that hit between 3-3:30 in the afternoon and stayed out. We woke up this morning to the wonderful furnace running. I hope it stays on.
