    It depends upon what else you're planning and who is eating it. six ounces per adult should do it. Kids would eat less.

    The person who posted the recipe suggested this was for 3 to 4 persons. 3 persons would be 8 ounces of fish - this is your good eaters. For most people, 6 ounces (4 servings for this recipe), would be plenty.
