    Cuban Chicken With Yellow Rice
It says to use 4 chicken breasts, are these bone in or boneless? If boneless, how can recipe be adjusted for bone-in breasts?

It really does not matter. The first step has you cook the chicken until it's almost done. Boneless chicken will cook more quickly than bone-in. And, of course, the exact size of the chicken breast will matter.
