how did i know ketchup was the must use ingredient! I have already one idea being jotted down. Let's see what else I can come up with, before preparing them for my guinea pigs!

Do you mean Green Cabbage as in

Not as in green in color for these options?
Savoy Cabbage
Napa Cabbage
Bok Choy
Brussels Sprouts
Also can packaged shredded cabbage be used?

The official ingredient is as you have pictured..... a head of green cabbage. None of the options you have listed would qualify.

That could be, but the trick is to make your version stand out & be the one people feel they just must try. This could be where an appealing introduction and clear directions could make a difference.
