A big thank you to Susie D and her assistants for organising this contest! It's always fun -- and to find out whose recipes you made is always a surprise!

Pinkie Cookie, thanks for your delicious chicken recipe. My husband said: "Give her 10 points!" This was it. Certainly not a great photo, not nearly as good as your dish!

Ooooohhhh... that does look yummy! What is the title and recipe# for it?

    Thanks BK
I think I may try this. I'm thinking I can use the remaining fresh Brussels sprouts that are in my refrigerator (bought for another recipe game), in place of the cabbage. YUMMY

I have a new-found confidence in my cooking due to this contest and how well-received my recipes were!

    Black-Eyed Peas and Ham Casserole

    Chicken and Cabbage Casserole

Good Luck Black Eyed Peas Dip

    Sweet & Sassy Stirfry

Black Eyed Peas Keema Curry Pita Sandwich

    Sticky Chicken

    Jazzed up Creole Shrimp Salad

    Caramelized Chicken

The last one was actually my favorite of the recipes I submitted.
