Hi could anyone please help me with recipes for two of Alison Holst's sauces. One is a chocolate sauce from one of her older books - I think the ingredients are only peanut butter, chocolate drops and milk but I can't remember the exact measurements. The other sauce is a cheese sauce, it included mustard, cheese (obviously), milk and flour I think but once again I don't know the exact measurements. Thanks!

U R welcome and thanks for your response.
And here is one more recipe with the three ingredients you want, plus some sugar:

    Southern Living Magazine - March 2008 -
    Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    2 teaspoons sugar
Combine milk and morsels in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat, and whisk in peanut butter and sugar until well blended.
