Hi could anyone please help me with recipes for two of Alison Holst's sauces. One is a chocolate sauce from one of her older books - I think the ingredients are only peanut butter, chocolate drops and milk but I can't remember the exact measurements. The other sauce is a cheese sauce, it included mustard, cheese (obviously), milk and flour I think but once again I don't know the exact measurements. Thanks!
