Here are these 2 similar recipes that could be the one you want:
MOLDED CHICKEN SALAD
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. white meat, chicken roll, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
4 slices bacon, crisp & crumbled
Party rolls or crackers
Add boiling water to gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Blend in sour cream. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in chicken, parsley and bacon. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill until set. Serve with party rolls or crackers.
CHICKEN SALAD IN GELATIN RECIPE -
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/4 cup green pepper and onion, grated
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked and cubed chicken
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
1/4 Cup ripe olives, chopped
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup chicken broth. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup chicken broth and season with grated onion, salt, and pepper. Chill until almost set. Beat in sour cream until smooth. Add chicken, nuts, and olives. Pour into lightly oiled mold or individual molds and chill until firm. Serve on crisp greens with mayonnaise.

I found this one on line, but I'm not sure the instructions are correct, so use your own judgement. What concerns me is the 1/2 cup of corn oil. The way the recipe is written, it looks like you add it into the rest of the ingredients. But that sounds like a lot of oil for a recipe that already contains Sour Cream and Mayonnaise? On the other hand it says to rub the salad molds with corn oil, so that the salad slips out easily when set. Perhaps the corn oil in the ingredient list was only for that purpose? But there again, 1/2 cup sounds like a lot just to grease the molds. Lastly most jelled chicken salad recipes call for quite a bit of chicken broth. This one does not contain any. Maybe the 1/2 cup should have been chicken broth, and the oil listed without any amount. My concern is there is only 2 tablespoons of water listed to dissolve the gelatin. Without additional liquid, what is getting Jelled? I never heard of Jelling oil, but I could be wrong.
Jellied Chicken Cream Salad Recipe
½ cup corn oil
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1-½ cups cooked chicken, minced
1/3 cup celery, minced
¼ cup stuffed olives, minced very fine
For serving and garnish:
Let the gelatin stand five minutes in the cold water.
Set the dish in hot water until gelatin melts.
Add gelatin to the mayonnaise, fold in the sour cream and add the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to small molds rubbed with corn oil and chill for several hours.
Arrange individually for serving.
Turn out each mold on a slice of tomato.
Top each mold with half a stuffed olive, garnish with lettuce and pass extra mayonnaise.
