    Well goodness! The men must have grillin' fever today, lol. We just picked up our beef this morning and DH wants to grill some steaks too--but it is pretty darn windy today for charcoal grilling. The wind makes it feel colder too, brrr. Chili sounds better to me at the moment.

    Tonight it just may be Roasted chicken, which is a love hate meal for me.

    I"ll save the other ideas for nights when I don't have the luxury of time.

    Trying Kittencal's Best Blasted Rapid-Roast Whole Chicken for tonite. This bird is 8#!!!! Hopefully we'll eat before midnight!

    Late lunch, so crab cakes from Toucan Market (REAL crab, albeit previously frozen cakes), on a bed of salad with a spicy aioli and caper dressing and homemade French bread.
