Gday and BIG BIG thanks Steve1 as you know by now, I do google etc and am not lazy in finding recipes too...I always appreciate people's time

Seeing I am making this for the first time, I want to make sure whatever dish I choose I can use FROZEN which sometimes gives off different textures/moisture and don't want to have a dish coming out less than ordinary because I did not know what to do and yes know fresh is best...just have some to use up and did ask in the store and the girl grinned and said we have it all the time, BUT my mother does all the cooking in our household...

Hope you have a great day WHOO HOO and again thank you!
