    I am going to jump in with some of these, I am busy with family right now and not doing anything that takes too much attention - brother visiting with brand-new fiancee - very exciting for all of us! We all grew up in the same area, went to same high school but I don't remember her. Well, I was a senior when they were sophomores. They lost touch, connected a couple of years ago through Facebook. Very sweet together.

    Ahhh, that's so exciting Duyante - I'm sure everyone is excited.

    I've got my rolls in the oven I'm making Herbed Dinner Rolls and will be back to post a review and photo once I try them. Have to say though - it's the most amazing dough, you can actually feel how light it is when working with it.

    Here's my Dinner Roll challenge: Herbed Dinner Rolls
    and here's what I had to say about it:

    I followed the directions exactly and making in the ABM made it so simple. The first thing I noticed was the wonderful texture of the dough when I took it out. I've never felt anything like the soft, airy feel of this dough and right then I knew it was going to be special. It did make a lot for just me and DH so divided the dough in half and put one half in the freezer for later - can't wait to see how that works out - The next thing I noticed was how the dough rose so nice and high and was so pretty and then the aroma when it was baking was to die for with the added herbs, The best part though was the taste, the herbs where just the right amount to permeate the dough without overwhelming it

    Truly though, the texture of this dough was unbelievable

    Thanks, I'm still amazed at the texture of the dough when it came out of the ABM - I've never felt one with that light, almost airy texture - loved it

    I made Donna's Buttery Yeast Rolls (mostly just to suck up to Donna icon_lol.gif )
    My wife says these are the best tasting rolls she's eaten. I'm with her - these have amazing flavor.

    Haha, aren't you clever! Thanks....I appreciate the attempt!! Those are good rolls. How did you shape them? They look like little swirls. Nice job!

    That's what this shape is called: Swirl Rolls. I followed these instructions:

    Next time I'll use 2 ounces of dough and maybe make 12" ropes. These are small.

    I just found these Bread challenges today. I've been having a bad bout of IBS so don't dare make bread until better. But will be reading about all those wonderful breads and drooling!
