Is it possible to make a change?

If so, from Diner’s book, instead of Carne Asada - the Real Deal -#463701 , tagged 2/2, I will make Oven Fried Chicken -#301807.

I am late with Chipotle Chicken Posole -#469504, due 2/9 and will get it done tomorrow. We have had bad colds here and I got behind on cooking (and wasn’t paying attention to due dates)
