    Every few wks we have an 'appetizer night.' I always do this on NYE.

    I will make 3-4 different apps, my guys love this:


    pigs in a blanket

    Porcupines

    Mini pizzas

    Swedish meatballs

    Teriyaki on a stick

    Mini quiches

    Tiny hamburgers

    Home made french fries

    Deviled eggs

    Stuffed mushrooms

    Oh I know the feeling of living with a picky eater!
    Luckily I have found a type of dish that is always a winner, a kind of all-in in the pressure cooker, we call them "potaje",check it out not only picky eaters but anyone would love these!
