    What size casserole dish would you use: 9x9 or 9x13? I zmailed the chef but haven't heard back and I'm making this tonight.

    9x13 = 15 C or about 4 quarts

    I'm thinking you need to go with the 9x13 to allow for volume of liquids & expansion of the rice and lentils.
