    Cheese and Vegemite Scrolls
    Hi,
I tried your recipe and they turned out great, except they have. Very 'doughy' taste.
I have tried thinning out the thickness of the dough, but this only makes it crunchy.
    Suggestions....?

    Thanks,

What do you mean by "doughy taste?" It's a basic biscuit dough, they should taste like biscuits.

I remember making these a good while ago- the mixture is a basic scone dough. Scones are not light like bread - they have a heavier consistency.

I'm sorry that I can't comment on taste- as I am gluten-free and these scrolls were not.
