Do you have to use the rapid bake function? What would happen if I just use normal bake?

Shouldn't make much difference, I think.

I think it should be ok - you might want to check it before the end of the cycle to make sure it is not overbaking. It would be helpful if you noted that you used the regular cycle and which one in your review.
