Mondo's Hot & Spicy Venison Jerky (Can Substitute Beef)
Can a jerky gun and ground meat be used for this recipe? Can I just mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, let them marinate for the recommended time, and then squeeze them out onto the trays?

I don't see why not - though making jerky from ground meat has a much higher risk of bacterial contamination.
