    Chicken Francese

How can I make this recipe in advance for 15 people? I really don't want to be cooking when our guests are here. Any suggestions for side dishes if I don't use pasta? Thanks

Chicken Francese has much more precise instructions. You can hold the chicken in a 200F for up to an hour (cover loosely with foil), and just whisk up the sauce at the last minute.

You could serve this with rice, either a risotto or a pilaf, or with couscous.

This can be made ahead of time, refrigerated, then cooked. It is similar to the recipe you are inquiring about.

This would be a lot easier, but it's a different flavor profile.
This was a huge hit at a dinner party we attended. It's gorgeous and tasty, even if you don't like apricots & prunes.
It can be made the night before. Sides are listed in the recipe intro.
