    Moist Banana Pumpkin Bread

What size loaf pan does one use for this recipe? 4 x 8, 9 x 5? Thanks.

I think it ought to fit in a 4x8 - you can, of course, use a 9x5; it just wont be as high. I'd probably go with the larger pan the first time, until I see just how much batter there is.

    IRISHROSE26:
Good morning. There is in this recipe approx 46, oz of batter which equates to just about 6, cups of batter. A 9 X 5 pan will handle 5 5/8 cups of batter allowing for the action of the chemical leaveners. So it would behoove you to employ the 9 X 5 pan.

I would consider chopping the nuts to bite size & toasting them as well
    if time allows.

Good luck to you in your bake & enjoy the rest of the day.
