One more question. On my bread machine it asks for the loaf size. How many pound loaf does this recipe make?

You can figure it out if you add the weight of all the ingredients. Water is pretty easy, a cup weighs 8 ounces, but all the other ingredients measured in volume will have to be individually converted to weight. This site will help with that. http://www.recipes4us.co.uk/us_cups_to_weight.htm

With 3 1/3 cup dry ingredients (the flours), I would use the 1 1/2 lb setting. This is an older recipe, I do not believe 2 lb loaf machines were in use yet.
