rosie316 wrote: Hey all... especially SUE!... I made your "Buffalo Chicken Pizza" for the Chicago Black Hawks hockey game tonight!!! Woo-hoo!!! It was a win-win all the way around... "GO HAWKS!" Although I had to vary a bit from your recipe (sorry, no 'roasted' garlic, just the powdered), my crust turned out kinda soft, but we didn't mind! (may have been my error). Sorry Alligirl & Rita... I made Sue's recipe 1st... but I will definately make & rate yours also!!! Love, love, love all these recipes! Thanks to all!
Thanks.
Did you remember to parbake the crust on your pizza stone? That helps the crust stay crisper.
And your photo of the beer bread is amazing!
Okay... my 3rd attempt at a reply here (damn smart phones)! I don't have a pizza stone Sue... only a pizza pan. That could be why mine was soft. Either way... "delicious"! I DID NOT post the beer bread recipe or photo (I think that was Rita)... but now I'm gonna have to try that too! Oh geez!!! Too many to try in such a limited amount of time. I will try and get to all the entries! Best of luck to everyone. It wasn`t mine! N yes many good recipes here.
Okay... not Ritas pic either... but I will put it on my "to do" list!!! LOL.

It was Miss Fannie's. I don't know why I thought it was yours. Must have read the email for them around the same time.
But anyway, glad to hear you want to try it. It's worthy, and the smell of it baking is intoxicating. If you want to sell your house, bake this bread before a showing!

Recipe submissions are reviewed before being added to the database. It may take a couple of days as it's the weekend although Kathy has been known to put in a few hours over weekends too. Sit tight.

My last one posted. Yummier Ranch Layer Salad #RSC[/quote
LOL Rita!!! I never thought of putting a salad in a Margarita glass! Way to classy for my family & friends, but a terrific idea for a special occassion. Looks great. (Still waiting for my lap-top to be repaired so I can enter... UGH!)] I'll be lucky if I get one entry in! (I better check the deadline date.... YIKES!)

OMG!... What was I thinking?! I can take on your salad, Rita, in the Margarita glasses and all... TONIGHT, (special occassion), along with Alligirl's chicken breasts! I might even go after that au gratin potato dish I saw posted too! Its our anniversary today (yes, I know... Groundhogs Day), and we're not going out tonight (saving our $$$ for Stupid Bowl tomorrow). I'm gonna make an "all ranch" dinner!!! LOL! Woo-hoo!
