Hey all... especially SUE!... I made your "Buffalo Chicken Pizza" for the Chicago Black Hawks hockey game tonight!!! Woo-hoo!!! It was a win-win all the way around... "GO HAWKS!" Although I had to vary a bit from your recipe (sorry, no 'roasted' garlic, just the powdered), my crust turned out kinda soft, but we didn't mind! (may have been my error). Sorry Alligirl & Rita... I made Sue's recipe 1st... but I will definately make & rate yours also!!! Love, love, love all these recipes! Thanks to all!

What do I do if I just realized I missed an ingredient? How do I go about editing it? Recipe didn`t post yet.

Rita... I will definately be making your style of meatloaf cupcakes (and using the grandkids & DH as guinea pigs) and also gonna make Alli's chicken breasts. Soooo many recipes look yummy (except the shrimp ones... allergic... but I'm sure they are good to people that can enjoy them). Good luck to you and everyone!

Sorry, I pretty much stay away from pre processed american food type substances
I guess this contest is not for me. Are there contests that DON'T require or desire this type of trash?

Wow thats a little harsh. as for the processed food I would think you mean the Ranch? You can make your own ranch and use it if you want to keep out any of the items that are not desired
So as I see it you can be part of this. Just a thought!

Holy cow!... that was a harsh statement Isabella. Why even bother commenting on a thread that you have no intention being part of? I never thought of "ranch mix" (seasonings) as processed food... and still don't. Its not like "Velvetta", which isn't even cheese!... although, Velvetta would make a wonderful main ingrediant for the next contest!!! (hint). For now... "go Ranch"!!!! Trying your meatloaf cupcakes tomorrow Rita... will post results.

Did you remember to parbake the crust on your pizza stone? That helps the crust stay crisper.
And your photo of the beer bread is amazing!

Once your recipe is published, you add a photo using the photo uploader on the recipe page.
Let your friends here know if you need any help doing that. I've used the photo uploader tons of times.

Grrrrrrrr Sorry folks, I left the page open and the minions were at my puter yet again. The most stringent security measures have now been taken. ( USB wifi is now going into my pocket) and lessons in manners will be liberally applied.

Okay... my 3rd attempt at a reply here (damn smart phones)! I don't have a pizza stone Sue... only a pizza pan. That could be why mine was soft. Either way... "delicious"! I DID NOT post the beer bread recipe or photo (I think that was Rita)... but now I'm gonna have to try that too! Oh geez!!! Too many to try in such a limited amount of time. I will try and get to all the entries! Best of luck to everyone.

No worries Isabella... I think most everyone on this thread has had minions hacking away at some point in time (I'm now dealing with the toddler grandkids). Hope you can enter, and would love to see many more recipes from everyone! Oh crap... another storm brewing! The other night it was 15* with ice storms... now its 50* and thunderstorms (north central Illinois)! Guess I'll start brain "storming" a new recipe. Good night all.
