    Wow, very similar, but #2 has probably the most natural colour. (?) Not having seen the balls in real life, it's hard to say!

    I have to agree with Zurie in #2 being the most natural but kind of favor the glossy golden look of #1

    Because this is a grilled than baked recipe, the glaze actually allows the meatballs to get slightly crunchy too

    One then turns off the oven and allows them to caramelize somehow..and you keep them in the oven til it is 100 percent cool...MAGIC lol
