If you want to have everyone home on time and around the dining room table, make Lasagne! Talk about a versatile recipe! It can be a carnivore's delight, a vegan's passion, as well as all points inbetween!
Lasagne may have value to you as far as family history goes. Great, Great, Great Grandma's Gravy recipe may be the key to your success, or maybe you are a vegan offering a fantastic alternative. That is how far the spectrum of Lasagna varies. So if your a far right extream "gotta have meat" or a far left "vegan only", it's all good.

It's all good because Lasagne is a labor of love. Plain and simple. It's love in a pan.

So tell us, what is the secret to your Lasagne success?

mmmm...lasagna definitely a comfort food to me...

baked, with extra cheese on top, my homemade sauce in between layers of no boiled noodles.
