    Blueberry Muffins - Low Calorie
    Hello
In the instructions for this recipe it mentions to add oil with the egg whites, oj and vanilla, but in the ingredient list there is no oil listed? how much oil is required?
    Thanks

I suspect the poster was trying to make the recipe low-cal by swapping out the oil and replacing it with applesauce (which appears in the ingredients but not in the directions), but forgot to edit the instructions. However, it is generally recommended to replace no more than half the fat with applesauce. I would not use this recipe; I think it's bound to fail as written.
