    This was great -- my excuse for buying expensive meat is that I badly need the iron in red meat!! icon_lol.gif I did make a gravy with chutney added to go with it.

    Thank you all, but that was pretty much point-and-shoot, as I didn't want my food to get cold! icon_wink.gif The meat was great -- almost fell apart when I sliced it.
