    Question:

Do you make your own spice blend?

often when i can't find the mixed version like most middle eastern or pork rubs. on the other hand, i've found a great supply of herbes de provence which i go through like water but it's expensive. i need to locate a bulk supplier!

What is the down & dirty on sharing - I have a large supply of some items that I could pack up & send. Is this acceptable? Is this legal?

Some spices I have a LOT of. Can I bag them up & send them(in addition to all the purchases - extra goodies)? Or is that frowned upon/forbidden/illegal?
