    I will! when dh isn't eating because he says he hates cardamom but eats in more than he thinks, lol. *I* LOVE cardamom. and my kids like chicken & rice no matter how it's made!

    cook the rice to mush? this goes against everything i've ever been told! I'm making this tonight with a small adaptation - i have no bone-in chicken so i'm using boneless thighs, 2c broth & 2 c water. hubby is out for the night; kids & i are excited!
