The vanilla sea salt was suggested for scallops and meaty white fish like alibut or cod. It did say to try it on squash or pumpkin soup as well as a topping for flourless chocolate cake. The one that really grabbed my attention was sweet and salty brownies.

Tiggrr's package will be sent out tomorrow... nothing like leaving it to the last possible day (now that I'm done school I have to procrastinate SOMETHING, lol)

So glad I did this swap. It gave me the opportunity to find an excellent store here in Edmonton called Spice World which specializes in South Asian cuisine... Everything I bought there I bought two of so I could have one too! Will definitely go back there again soon.. after I research what to do with all the unfamiliar things I saw there!
I also finally went to my new favourite (if expensive) store, Blush Lane Organic Market. A store where I wish I could afford to buy all of my food.... Really splurged on you (and me) there Tiggrr icon_lol.gif

Hope everyone is enjoying the packages they've received and of course the rest of us are eagerly awaiting undelivered packages to be delivered!
