Cat are strange imho. The people next door have a cottage they go to in the weekends and their cat does no travel well. For years we have been enlisted to go over and feed her (and clean the litter box which imo is a bit much). Anyway - Don always had cats and really likes them. I am pretty neutral about them for the most part. The first time we looked after Molly Don was devastated as when he entered she just hissed at him. Weird because she has picked the man of the house as her human. Don has been working all weekend so I go in to see to Molly twice a day. She greets me at the door, winds herself around my legs and purrs. What's with that. Her affection would be better spent on Don although I do stop and pet her for a bit each time.
