just a throw together one~I pan fry cut up carrots, onions and celery, throw some s & p on them, add some cut up chicken, a quart jar of homemade broth, and then add the white rice (leftover chinese takeout

then simmer for an hour or so. Hubby always has to have a sandwich with his soup, so will make him a grilled cheese.
OMG that sounds just out of this world! btw chinese is so easy to throw together as well
